Job Overview

BHP of Central Ohio is a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment services in the region.

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a member of our crisis response unit, you will provide critical support to individuals in crisis settings throughout Licking County.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
  • Benefits: Excellent pay, great benefits, 403b retirement plan with matching funds, CEUs, licensure/certification/reimbursement, and employee discounts
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, various shifts available
  • On-Call Shifts: One 12-hour shift per month, compensated for on-call hours
  • Holiday Coverage: Rotation basis, once or twice a year, compensated for overtime

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • 1-3 years of social work experience
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
