We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team at BHP of Central Ohio, Inc. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and support to clients with substance abuse issues.

Job Summary

The Residential Support Specialist will oversee the daily operations of our residential house, ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and the community. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized recovery plans, provide emergency services, and coordinate shift operations.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary, $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience, we offer exceptional benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 403b retirement plan with matching funds. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or GED, with training or coursework in crisis management and one year of work experience in a residential setting. Basic computer, phone, and typing skills are also necessary.
