We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism.

About the Role

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary responsibility will be to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to help each child reach their full potential.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a genuine passion for helping children with autism
  • Demonstrate excellent patience and compassion when working with children
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test if required
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to move in various positions, including sitting, squatting, bending, etc.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
