  • Oversee leasing activities to meet occupancy targets.

  • Market available units and process rental applications, including lease preparation and signing.
  • Manage property occupancy, ensuring waitlists are current and applications are processed according to vacancy trends.
  • Handle move-in and move-out procedures with attention to detail.
  • Assist in the development and management of the annual budget.
  • Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing affordable housing communities.
  • At least 1 year of experience with newly leased properties.
  • Experience in team supervision, including training and performance management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite for effective communication.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar compliance software is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles related to accounts receivable and payable.
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $19.23-$21.63, with actual compensation dependent on various factors such as experience and qualifications.
