Role Summary:
The Community Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the social services department.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance.
  • Coordinate resident appointments with external services, including dental and optical.
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate staff on psychosocial matters and resident rights.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
