Job Description:
As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in defining the trajectory of High Point Land Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Direct the daily functions of High Point Land Company, ensuring seamless and effective processes across all divisions.

Strategic Development:
Partner with the CEO to formulate and implement long-term strategies aimed at fulfilling business goals and fostering growth.

Financial Oversight:
Supervise budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to uphold the company's fiscal health and sustainability.

Team Leadership:
Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

Process Optimization:
Identify avenues for operational enhancements and apply best practices to boost efficiency and productivity.

Client Relations:

Ensure the highest standards of customer service, fostering and maintaining robust relationships with clients and real estate land agents.


Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in operational leadership roles, ideally within the real estate or land management sectors.

Experience in the Land and/or Agricultural Sector.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory if experience is adequate.


Real Estate License:
In the State of Iowa preferred but not required.

Leadership Competencies:

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a history of driving operational success and meeting business objectives.


Strategic Insight:
Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to envision long-term and devise innovative solutions.
