About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Transervice Logistics, LLC. As a key member of our transportation operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Process all invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers, providing payment status updates and resolving any issues.
  • Document Management: File all invoicing and vendor documents neatly by week, maintaining a organized and easily accessible system.
  • Fuel Management: Assist in new vendor setups, file fuel binder documents, and prepare licensing documents required by the state.
  • HR Support: Build timecards weekly, submit HR forms, and send FMLA calendars for garage personnel.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including posting company HR/Safety postings and submitting tool, boot, and safety eyewear documents.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma/GED.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency with payroll processing platforms, intermediate use of MS Office Suite, and proven ability to work with confidential data.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with regular attendance expected.
