Job Description: The Health Federation of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced HIV/AIDS Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our prevention program, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating prevention activities to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS among vulnerable populations.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our program team to develop, implement, and evaluate program strategies and activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these gaps. Your expertise in public health, quality control, and program leadership will be essential in driving program success.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating prevention activities to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS among vulnerable populations; working closely with our program team to develop, implement, and evaluate program strategies and activities; and maintaining accurate records and reports, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery. You will also be responsible for monitoring program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these gaps.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, sociology, or communications. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in a public health setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
