About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of Primary Care HIV Prevention (PCHP) and other HIV prevention services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal and external providers to identify patients who need linkage to preventative care. This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a high degree of professionalism.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations and a bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Familiarity with PrEP and HIV prevention methods is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAREWare.

The salary for this position is approximately $**62,500 - 82,000 per year**, based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan. Paid time off, including vacation and sick leave, is also provided.
