Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering teams at multiple locations, ensuring effective maintenance operations and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the management of maintenance contracts and assist in the procurement process for services and supplies.
- Collaborate with property management to create and manage capital budgets, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with all emergency preparedness protocols and training programs for engineering staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing engineers to uphold company standards and improve technical skills.
- Implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs and promote sustainability.

Qualifications:
