- Ensure all tasks on the front office checklist are completed daily, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Post payments to patient accounts in accordance with company policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Subject Matter Expert in practice management system, ensuring patient registration, e-check in, and account information are accurate and up-to-date.
- Be efficient in patient check-in, obtaining necessary consents and promptly notifying the back-office team.
- Confirm patient appointments in accordance with office confirmation policies, ensuring timely communication.
- Ensure all patient messages received from the Contact Center are returned and resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and communication.
- Understand business imperatives and how the role directly impacts metrics, making informed decisions to drive success.
- Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Health Brand, making decisions consistent with the company's framework.
- Become knowledgeable and support clinicians on patient education regarding the Mouth-Body Connection.
- Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor, addressing others professionally and respectfully.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.
- Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances.
