About the Role

Fulton Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses and provide loan recommendations to customers based on their financial situation and goals.
  • Originate and process mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers throughout the loan process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of recent residential mortgage lending experience, including experience in the local market.
  • Proven ability to develop referral sources and build relationships with external partners.
