Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

RK Industries, LLC is a leading provider of construction, manufacturing, and building services. We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling service, maintenance, and warranty work, ensuring that technicians are equipped to handle complex tasks. This role will also involve assisting the Field Services Manager/Director and Superintendents in planning, organization, motivation, and coordination of departmental resources and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service, maintenance, and warranty work, considering the complexity of tasks and technician capabilities.
• Assist in answering heavy phone volume for internal and external customers.
• Strive for first call resolution, assist in resolving customer complaints, and know when to escalate to management.
• Guide field staff in completing specialized forms and assist in getting paperwork to necessary departments.
• Coordinate daily with Superintendents and technicians.
• Take responsibility for ensuring job completion by following up on callbacks and completion of jobs.
• Initiate actions to verify or respond to changes in appointment times, including contacting customers to verify scheduled appointments, notifying customers of late technicians, rescheduling missed appointments, and placing follow-up calls.
• Accurately capture customer information in GP Wennsoft and verify documentation.
• Check in regularly with customers via phone or email to stay on track, avoid problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Makes appropriate judgments to remedy problems and ensure service recovery.
• Actively listen to customers, set clear mutual expectations, empathize as necessary, and be friendly and professional.
• Work with Field Supervisors to prioritize open calls and dispatch in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located in the Central Park area of Denver, including a reliable means of transport to and from work.
• Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.

• Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
