We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as a Manufacturing HRBP Leader. As a key member of our Supply Chain center organization, you will partner across the organization to drive manufacturing excellence and provide strategic HR guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional senior leadership to drive initiatives toward manufacturing excellence.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support manufacturing talent development and programs.
  • Lead the global Manufacturing HR Community of Practice to facilitate best practice sharing and drive capability building outcomes.
  • Drive program initiatives to address broad lifecycle process initiatives that span across US manufacturing plants.
  • Oversee supply chain internship and leadership rotational program strategy and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, including HRBP experience, partnering with and coaching senior leaders/executives.
  • Demonstrated manufacturing experience required; prior labor relations/union experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years supervisory experience leading and coaching HR Business Partners.
  • Proven transformation, talent management, and project/change management experience.
