About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as a Manufacturing HRBP Leader. As a key member of our Supply Chain center organization, you will partner across the organization to drive manufacturing excellence and provide strategic HR guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional senior leadership to drive initiatives toward manufacturing excellence.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support manufacturing talent development and programs.
- Lead the global Manufacturing HR Community of Practice to facilitate best practice sharing and drive capability building outcomes.
- Drive program initiatives to address broad lifecycle process initiatives that span across US manufacturing plants.
- Oversee supply chain internship and leadership rotational program strategy and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, including HRBP experience, partnering with and coaching senior leaders/executives.
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience required; prior labor relations/union experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years supervisory experience leading and coaching HR Business Partners.
- Proven transformation, talent management, and project/change management experience.
