Overview:

As a **Logistics Operations Supervisor** at **Performance Team**, you will oversee the coordination of activities related to the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing the daily inbound appointment log and open order report to effectively plan work activities.
  • Scheduling inbound and outbound operations to align with customer performance metrics.
  • Assessing staffing requirements based on workload and managing staff assignments accordingly.
  • Delegating tasks to team members based on operational demands and shipping timelines.
  • Updating and communicating operational protocols to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Monitoring productivity and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with Inventory Management to uphold precise inventory levels.
  • Overseeing the payroll process for the department.
  • Guiding employees on the proper handling of materials and equipment.
  • Identifying inventory discrepancies and proposing effective solutions.
  • Creating work schedules and optimizing workflow efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns.
  • This position is full-time and requires on-site presence.

Leadership Responsibilities:
Directly managing a team of over 20 employees within the Operations department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and work planning.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience and/or training.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $68,000.00 annually, subject to adjustment based on market conditions and location. Final compensation will be determined with the selected candidate(s). Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
