About the Role

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our internal and external communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Management:
    • Develop and implement communication plans to engage with our internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage our social media presence, including content creation and publishing.
    • Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Manage our marketing budget and ensure effective ROI.
    • Collaborate with our design team to create engaging visual content.
  • Brand Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, website management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Basic graphic design and website development skills.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Google advertising/marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
