Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with heart conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient condition, including vital signs, medication administration, and laboratory results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- 1 year of experience in pediatric cardiology or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
