Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Inventory Control to lead our Network Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, inventory management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for auditing and field support for the South and West RAN markets
  • Support forward and reverse RAN Network delivery models to simplify processes, reduce Construction in Process inventory, and manage current assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Develop and implement inventory improvement initiatives with a focus on turnkey services
  • Partner with Network teams and stakeholder groups to drive cross-functional process improvements
  • Manage General Contractor functions and performance across 900+ GCs
  • Onboard and maintain an active user base in ERP
  • Work closely with Regional Distribution teams for warehouse and logistics operations
Requirements
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • Experience leading a team and end-to-end Supply Chain experience
  • Experience leading projects and driving results
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field (desirable)
