Job Summary

Stanford University is seeking a highly motivated and talented administrative professional to join their team as an Administrative Coordinator (AC), (Administrative Associate 3). The AC will provide administrative and operational support to a rapidly growing Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complex administrative needs of the Division Chief and Leadership.
  • Update and maintain various Division databases, portals, and communication platforms.
  • Assist with event coordination, processing financial transactions, and Division-related special projects.
  • Provide exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Personal effectiveness and credibility.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
  • Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
