Rural King Supply is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers in the rural communities we serve. As a Power Equipment Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal.

Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, meeting and exceeding sales forecasts in Power Equipment departments, and demonstrating extensive knowledge of power equipment and retail financing processes. You will also be responsible for conducting power equipment demonstrations, managing equipment ordering, and assisting with receiving, moving, and displaying power equipment products.

Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate delivery of equipment products, maintain accurate inventory records, and perform pre-delivery inspections. You will also assist customers with repair documentation, warranty claims, and other services as needed.

A strong background in customer service and a proven track record of successfully adapting to new environments are essential. You will be interacting with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of power equipment and retail financing processes preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
