We’re  currently seeking motivated and passionate Agronomy Sales Candidates all throughought Iowa and Nebraska

Sales Agronomist purpose:

To grow and manage sales in assigned territory while also providing leadership and oversight for all territory activities.

Sales Agronomist Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Maintain and grow sales within the territory.
  • Meet and exceed performance objectives including unit and margin targets.
  • Support current dealers and recruit and develop new dealers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers in assigned territory.
  • Provide best-in-class service to our customers.
  • Stay up to date on products, trends, and technologies.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory count as needed.
  • Attend and participate in industry events (trade shows, field days, etc.)
  • Travel is required and will vary depending on job responsibilities and territory.

Sales Agronomist Education and/or Experience


  • Bachelors degree - Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop/weed Science, other related field
  • 3 years minimum prior sales experience 
  • Good understanding of agriculture production, products, and agronomics
  • Team Player
