Agronomy Sales Representative Opportunity

GPAC is seeking a motivated Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in the Midwest region. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on building relationships with growers, providing innovative solutions, and driving results in the agriculture industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agriculture production, products, and agronomics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Sales Agronomist, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales within your assigned territory, meeting and exceeding performance objectives, and providing best-in-class service to customers.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with farmers in your assigned territory, staying up-to-date on products, trends, and technologies, and assisting with monthly physical inventory counts as needed. You will also attend and participate in industry events, such as trade shows and field days.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow sales within your assigned territory

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop/Weed Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of prior sales experience
- Strong understanding of agriculture production, products, and agronomics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
