About this Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the user support team for a Client Insights platform in Commercial Banking's CRM product group.

This position requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address key end-user issues within predefined SLAs
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on production defect resolution
  • Contribute to product backlog intake process
  • Support deployment of new features, updates, and/or patches
  • Assist end-users with system navigation and functionality questions
  • Provide support for end-user access problems or data integrity issues
  • Maintain documentation on issues, resolutions, and SLAs
  • Recommend enhancements to improve end-user experience and system stability based on ongoing monitoring and feedback
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience with agile SDLC and Jira tool
  • Knowledge of Walk Me tool
  • Experience with MS Dynamics Sales CRM
  • Experience with Commercial Banking core data dimensions and sales process
  • Ability to work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, QAs, and BAs supporting development
  • Ability to work effectively with Commercial Banking Bankers and Product Partners (End-Users)

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Pay Range: $96,171.80
