Marketing Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Lead to join our team at Dobbs Equipment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading creative design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design visually engaging graphics for various marketing channels, including digital and print media.
  • Design promotional materials for trade association events, product expos, and community outreach activities.
  • Work closely with sales, product support, and other teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Assist in monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activity and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Project Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Project and event management experience, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Desired minimum 1+ years graphic design experience with project management focus.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment dealer business practices, ideally including those followed at John Deere dealerships.
Work Environment:

The work environment is quiet, with occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions.

The physical demands of this role include standing, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
