About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for leading and assisting radiology technologists in imaging patients, transmitting images for diagnostic interpretation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist radiology technologists in imaging patients within hospital guidelines
  • Transmit images for diagnostic interpretation and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet established branding, volume, and service line goals
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, patients, and staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a healthcare-related discipline
  • Two years of radiology technologist experience
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • State license where applicable
