Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and experienced nurse to lead the development of new clinical care practices and programs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new clinical care practices and programs that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions.
  • Conduct quality improvement projects and evaluate their effectiveness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

What We Offer

Nationwide Children's Hospital offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
