Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement programs for students with exceptional needs, including Section 504 and special education services.
  2. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  4. Staff Development and Support: Provide professional development and support for teachers and staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support students with exceptional needs.

Requirements:
