Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist

Tenet-Alabama is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in Alabaster, Alabama.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of an RN, the successful candidate will perform hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature, assist physicians during procedures, and work with patients from adolescents to geriatrics. Additionally, the candidate will train cardiovascular technicians and other cath lab personnel, complete established competencies, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an approved cardiovascular technology program or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 2 years in interventional cath lab or 2 years of electrophysiology experience.
  • Certification: RCIS or RCES; BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire into position.
