Job Title: Senior Business and Financial Management Professional

R&P Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business and Financial Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial management support to our business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial management systems and tools to enhance business operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business and financial management, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial management policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DoD/Navy acquisition experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
