Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the Executive Chef and Special Events Manager to ensure the highest level of member and guest satisfaction.
  • Design and create diverse menu items and daily specials for banquet services, focusing on presentation and guest enjoyment.
  • Maintain a 5-star standard in food preparation and presentation by actively participating in all banquet functions from planning to execution.
  • Train and oversee culinary team members in the preparation of menu items, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and plating standards.
  • Manage food cost control and inventory processes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of culinary experience; a culinary degree is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to be a self-starter.
  • Creative culinary skills and innovative thinking are required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Back of House operations.
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
  • Team-oriented with the capacity to adapt to changing work demands.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position operates in a professional kitchen environment and requires regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations is mandatory.

Work Schedule Expectations
  • This role requires flexibility for early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Supervisory Responsibility
