Onboarding Coordinator

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into the UPS workforce. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to new hire onboarding, including I-9 validation, collection of local tax and union forms, and compliance-related document processing.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including I-9 validation, background checks, and scheduling.
- Post, collect, and audit bid lists, ensuring accurate hiring ratios and performing Driver Qualification Files (DQF) tasks.
- Keep internal candidate notes on bid files and coordinate drug screening for drivers.
- Assist with Integrad lists of drivers for internal drivers.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
- Relevant HR experience.
- Ability to travel and work in multiple locations.
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Previous UPS experience.
