Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a strong understanding of financial operations? We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Services Professional to join our team at Birdon America, Inc.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Support: Process vendor invoices using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, assist in weekly payment runs for multiple companies, review and reconcile vendor account statements, communicate invoice discrepancies and resolutions with stakeholders, and support W-9's and 1099 reporting at year-end.
  • Travel Bookings: Coordinate travel arrangements using the organization's business account, manage travel receipts, and communicate bookings with employees.
  • Expense Reports: Review and approve employee expenses through the Continia system, ensure compliance with company policies, and communicate any issues.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with timecard reviews and weekly time sheet processing, calculate overtime for employees, and resolve time entry issues.
  • Month End Tasks: Reconcile travel expenses and perform other month-end duties.
  • Other Duties: Provide backup support at the front desk and handle special projects.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 3 years in an Accounting role
  • Proficiency in Sales tax, use tax, and chart of accounts
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central skills
  • Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail
