Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing daily bank deposits.

Responsibilities:

  • Process 100-200 non-PO invoices per week
  • Reconcile vendor statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare the weekly accounts payable vendor check run
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Complete daily bank account reconciliations
  • Post customer payments to the accounts receivable system
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
  • Associates in Accounting highly preferred
  • Viewpoint software experience preferred
