Responsible for implementing the Community Banking strategy to provide products and services to commercial and private wealth clients within a designated market with assets up to $500MM. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implements the Community Banking strategy in the market to deliver products and services to commercial and private wealth clients. Oversees profit and loss results, making key decisions regarding products, pricing, strategy, and staffing. Identifies and pursues initiatives that align with company and market strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience demonstrating professional growth and achievement in a comparable organization.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking functions, including M&A activities and market entry strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with the Board, regulators, stakeholders, and clients.
