About the Role

Vinfen is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our Clinical Outreach Team, you will play a vital role in promoting the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine needs for rehabilitative services and provide leadership amongst the team
  • Oversee treatment interventions in Group Living Environments and Supported Independent Environments
  • Train and support staff in delivering clinical evidence-based practices

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or Applied Behavioral Analysis
  • LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC, or RN licensure in Massachusetts (or equivalent)
  • Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within defined timelines
  • Access to an operational and insured vehicle for transporting clients
