We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical equipment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of medical devices and equipment in our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to calls from clinical departments to evaluate and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Organize and deliver educational programs on equipment use and maintenance
  • Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect complex clinical equipment and systems
  • Supervise and instruct biomedical equipment maintenance personnel in the safe use and maintenance of clinical equipment
  • Manage the equipment database and generate reports on maintenance activities
  • Make recommendations to department staff on equipment maintenance and replacement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company ISO 13485 certification standards and QMP policies
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in biomedical equipment technology, electronic equipment technology, or military training preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience servicing clinical equipment in a hospital environment
  • Leadership ability and experience in supervision of on-site hospital technicians
