Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to calls from clinical departments to evaluate and resolve equipment-related issues
- Organize and deliver educational programs on equipment use and maintenance
- Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect complex clinical equipment and systems
- Supervise and instruct biomedical equipment maintenance personnel in the safe use and maintenance of clinical equipment
- Manage the equipment database and generate reports on maintenance activities
- Make recommendations to department staff on equipment maintenance and replacement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company ISO 13485 certification standards and QMP policies
- Associate's degree in biomedical equipment technology, electronic equipment technology, or military training preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience servicing clinical equipment in a hospital environment
- Leadership ability and experience in supervision of on-site hospital technicians
