About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team as a House Supervisor RN at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a part-time position available for night shift only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in med-surg or related nursing area upon hire.
