As a key player in our operations team, you will be accountable for optimizing our credit card billing processes, reducing errors, and improving overall efficiency. Your work will contribute significantly to our company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and enhancing our existing credit card billing processes to eliminate errors and improve accuracy
  • Collaborating with our merchant processor/subscription billing vendor to negotiate better terms and reduce costs
  • Implementing efficient reconciliation processes between revenue and cash records
  • Designing and deploying automation tools to simplify workflows and minimize manual efforts
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance

For this critical role, we seek someone with:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience
  • A proven track record of successfully driving process improvements and cost savings in similar roles
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments

In exchange for your exceptional skills and dedication, you can anticipate a compensation package that includes a base salary range of $125,000-$150,000, along with a comprehensive set of employee benefits and perks.
