Job Summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Carbon Fiber and Composites, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, developing, and upgrading the effectiveness of our facility maintenance program to promote Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance systems
  • Analyze equipment failures and determine root causes, failure methods, and corrective actions
  • Drive improvement in reliability of the facility's equipment
  • Responsible for engineering projects including design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, mechanical engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a carbon fiber manufacturing facility preferred
  • Ability to interpret industrial control system schematics and PLC program functionality
