Training and Support

Cypress HCM provides comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our training schedule includes a 4-week onboarding program, during which you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this position.

Work Schedule
  • Hybrid Position: This role is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in Springfield, MO.
  • Schedule: The schedule will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday from 11:00 AM-8:00 PM, with Wednesday and at least one other day worked in the office.
  • Quarterly Office Requirement: One week per quarter, everyone is required to work from the office 100%.
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
