Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Maintain tax schedules and ensure timely payments for multiple states.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Cash Management: Calculate cash surpluses to facilitate efficient distributions.
- Construction Draws: Review construction draws and provide guidance to staff on process enhancements.
- Financial Audit: Collaborate in coordinating yearend financial audit activities for multiple entities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with RealPage software.
- Personal Qualities: A self-starter capable of working proactively with limited supervision, strong ethics and integrity in financial reporting and business practices.
