Key Duties:

  • Regularly reconcile client accounts on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Document transactions from sales systems accurately.
  • Process payroll and manage related transactions.
  • Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and loans.

  • Handle accounts receivable, including billing and collections.
  • Utilize banking features for effective account management.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
