Job Title: Lead E/M Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead E/M Technician to join our team at PEAK Technical Staffing USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems on our fleet of buses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems on our buses
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including schematics, blueprints, and drawings
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with transit bus industry
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment
  • Ability to travel up to 30 days at a time
