Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize the daily functions of the facility, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
- Manage financial responsibility within budgetary guidelines, ensuring fiscal accountability and sustainability.
- Complete pre-admission resident evaluations, assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Participate in the development and updating of the interdisciplinary plan of care, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, licensing requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and providing corrective action as needed.
- Maintain staffing levels within regulations and budgetary guidelines, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Manage Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIP), Independent Contractors, and vendor services, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality care.
- Develop and implement Performance Improvement Programs, ensuring continuous quality improvement and excellence.
- Provide and manage Continuing Education Programs, ensuring staff development and competence.
- Perform other related duties and activities as required by the VP of Operations.
- Current state RN license.
- Three years of experience working with medically complex individuals.
- One year of experience in a leadership/management role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships and lead teams.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a strong team player mentality.
- Current in CPR/BLS.
