Automotive Finance Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to maximize profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
• Submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare and process paperwork and contracts.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance products and services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction.
