The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Executive Director to join our team at The Forum at Rancho San Antonio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the overall administration of our community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and monitor expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to maintain quality services for residents, adhering to LCS standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise staff members and work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve community goals.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of management experience in a life plan community.
  • California Nursing Home Administrator license required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
