Job Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Distinguished Architect to lead our AI research and development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and incorporating Intelligence into our products, driving our AI initiatives to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to incorporate AI technologies into the ServiceNow roadmap.
  • Build elegant architectures that are easy to understand, maintain, and enhance over time.
  • Architect reusable components that can be leveraged across multiple teams.
  • Champion AI strategies, technological advancements, and industry trends to ServiceNow's leaders.
  • Perform competitive analysis of various AI products and technologies.
  • Share expertise and insights at prestigious AI and technology conferences.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree, PhD preferred with 14+ years of engineering or AI/ML experience and 8+ years of AI/ML experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and contributing to innovative AI research and development projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive creativity and innovation in AI projects.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in LLMs, deep learning, NLP, NLU, BERT, GPT, and related AI technologies.
  • First principles thinking and excellent presentation and communication skills.
What We Offer

ServiceNow offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $237,800 - $416,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
