Position Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Banquet Bartender, where you will play a vital role in our lively venue. Your responsibilities will extend beyond drink service; you will be the architect of memorable experiences, a master of flavors, and the pulse of our social environment.
  • Assist patrons with beverage selection and drink preparation, ensuring efficient service in the bar and dining areas.
  • Engage with guests to assess their needs and satisfaction with beverages, providing consistently attentive and high-quality service.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the drink menu and standard offerings to guide guests in their beverage choices based on preferences.
  • Adhere to the standards set by the establishment in all bar and restaurant operations.
  • Enhance food and beverage sales by demonstrating expertise in cocktails, spirits, and menu items, including specials and pricing.
  • Accurately take and process orders using the Micros system, ensuring timely service and correct billing.
  • Prepare guest checks accurately and handle payments or signatures as required.
  • Maintain, operate, and clean all bar equipment and facilities properly.
  • Ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a secure working environment by adhering to food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: One year of experience in the food service or hospitality sector as a Bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on departmental needs.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and local certifications, such as food handler or alcohol service training, as applicable.
