Role Overview
We are in search of a customer-centric Senior Vice President with an extensive network within the food retail sector to spearhead our Direct to Retail Channel. This encompasses traditional grocery chains, specialty food outlets, warehouse clubs, and online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively as a member of Kerry North America's Senior Management team to achieve the established Annual Business Plan objectives.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with pivotal retail partners.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing business development and sales team.
  • Contribute significantly to the formulation, execution, and attainment of annual financial plans.
  • Engage cross-departmentally (operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure customer performance metrics are met.

Travel Requirements
Initial travel expectations are around 60%, reducing to 40-50% over time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline; MBA is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the food ingredients sector, with at least 8 years in commercial management roles involving food retailers and manufacturers.
  • Possess strong, current relationships with key decision-makers at targeted clients.
  • Demonstrated success in organically growing business through new customer acquisition and deepening existing customer relationships.
  • Experience with successful mergers and acquisitions.
  • Involvement in new product development initiatives.
  • Experience within a matrix organizational structure in a complex multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
