We are a lean startup E-commerce company based out of New York with over 30 years combined experience in rental and franchised dealer sales. Our mission is to improve the way rideshare drivers buy or rent vehicles in comparison to traditional dealership models.

We are looking for an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer or CFO to assist us with securing debt or equity funding. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial officer who has a proven track record of securing debt financing, private equity, or assisting companies with going public. You will be working with the CEO to fine-tune and build strategies to optimize the company's financial position to secure the least expensive method for growth funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company's financial planning and ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO, and/or a track record of securing private or public funding.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is not mandatory but recommended.
